This cuff was hand fabricated from Sterling Silver wire & sheet metal. It features a "Fordite Stone". A description of Fordite from my supplier: "The original material was created many years ago at the Ford Rouge Plant just outside of Detroit, Michigan. Layer upon layer, paint over-spray built up on metal racks that transported new car bodies through the paint shop, and into the oven, where each coat was baked hard." There are imitations of Fordite, but I buy from a supplier that has the real deal, from Detroit. The "stone" is bezel set in fine silver. I hand stamped the cuff to accent the wavy pattern in the Fordite. The metal was oxidized to highlight the stamping.
The cuff is 2 1/2" in diameter, and 1/2"in width. The stone setting is 1 3/4" in length, and 1 1/2" in width. Will fit a size medium.
