This pendant was hand fabricated from sterling silver sheet metal. It features an Ethiopian "mosaic" stone. Tiny bits of natural Ethiopian opal have been stabilized to create one big stone. The stone was bezel set in fine silver. It has great flashes of color in hues of green, red, blue. I gave the stone setting a mosaic look, soldering on bits of odd shaped sterling silver. I oxidized the metal to highlight the mosaic design. Hung from a sterling silver rounded cable chain.
The pendant is 2" in length, and 1 1/2" in width. The rounded cable chain is 2.5mm in width, and 20" in length.
